**Job Purpose**

The purpose of the job is to ensure timely dispatches of finished materials from the factory / depot by coordinating with production teams and transporters

**Job Duties & Key Responsibilities**
- Duties and Responsibilities - 1. To plan and dispatch materials on a daily basis by preparation of stock transfer / invoices in SAP 2. Coordinate with transporters for arrangement of vehicles on a timely basis 3. Checking the entries for Finished Goods in SAP including product rates / codes in coordination with IT / SAP Team. 4. Monitor day to day dispatches and maintain records for the same enabling reporting of stock positions / dispatches to Operation heads & top management 5. Check and Tally book stock and physical stock on a daily basis 6. Verify and check transporters bills and routes 7. Managing other plants in SAP ie Return goods Godown, Trading godown and completing all SAP related activity
