We are seeking a friendly and professional **Front Desk Receptionist** to handle all receptionist and clerical duties at the main entrance of our office. As the face of the company, you will be responsible for making the first impression on all visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor and customer data records.
- Make phone calls and regular follow-ups. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Management of housekeeping staff.
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Open and close the office on a daily basis.

Requirements and Skills:

- Professional dress code at all times.
- Verbal English and Hindi.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Basic knowledge of computers.

Qualifications: Intermediate or Diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
