Job Description:
- We are looking for a friendly and organized **married female** employee with corporate work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide exceptional customer service and reside in areas near Alambagh, Lucknow.
Job timing:
- 09:30 am to 6:30 pm
Job role and responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare meeting rooms and provide administrative support.
Work Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
**Salary**:
- Rs. 12,000-20,000/- per month (negotiable)
