Job timing and Location:

Require key skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Work Experience and qualification:
- min 1-2 work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive or **MBA** FRESHER (Teaching work experience will considered).
- Bachelor degree (Graduate in English or Management will prefer).
Job role and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and assist direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to concern department or person.
**Salary**:
- Rs. 15,000-20,000/- pm + others (negotiable)
