- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as Disbursements, AUM, Profitability, Delinquency.
- Preparation & Analysis of Branch profitability and submission of report to management on performance of the branch / zone / region / state.
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances with Budget
- Assisting in budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast and any development or improvement on going basis.
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting
- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
- Analyse peers performance and maintain Peers Performance Report
- Cost centre tracking on monthly level along with the productivity parameters
- Identifying areas of cost reduction and help achieving the cost efficiency
- Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
