**Job Description**:

- Preparation of monthly results and giving insights on the performance of the Company under each of the line in P/L
- Preparation and Analysis of channel performance for Actual vs Budget & vs Prior
- Spearhead preparation of Annual Operating plan of the company and evaluating ket metrics for each of the Departments before getting the Management approval
- Carrying out monthly / quarterly / annual expenses analysis vs the budget and prior and circulating it with the stakeholders along with the detailed analysis on the movement of numbers. Have regular discussion with all key stakeholders
- Regulatory Reporting to IRDAI & Other Regulatory Bodies
- Competition bench marking and Industry analysis for management review
- Evaluating areas of costs savings and reporting to Management on the cost savings initiatives
- Getting the manual reports automated to improve the productivity of the Function

Adhoc reporting basis requirements from management team

Role: CA Freshers

Working days: Monday to Saturday: 9.30 am to 6 pm in Office (1st and 2nd Saturday will be off)
