**WE ARE HIRING FOR GRACE STAFFING SERVICES (MALAD BRANCH)**

**Job Title**: International Banking Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)
**Shift**: US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts)
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
**Mode**: Work-from-office

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls related to international banking services, including account-related queries, transactions, and troubleshooting.
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, following banking procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.

**Eligibility**:

- **HSC or Graduate** (Minimum **1 year of international customer handling** experience required).
- Prior experience in **banking, finance, or related customer service** roles is preferred.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- **Comfortable working in night shifts** and **US rotational shifts**.
- **No career gaps**; must have continuous work history.
- Must be **okay to travel** to the office and **have all required documents** (ID proof, educational certificates, and company documents.).
- **Pick-up and drop-off** transportation will be provided by the company.
