We are currently seeking a BA/PM with RPA and ML/AI to join our team in BENGALURU, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Developing an understanding of the client's business needs in order to identify how best the RPA solution can best be configured within the clients systems and data environment.
- Accurately define, agree, communicate and lead on the implementation of project plans with mixed discipline project resource teams.
- Ensure consistency between project scope and project definition documents in terms of effort, resources, costs, timescales, deliverables, responsibilities and milestones etc.
- Collaborate with the sales team, providing expert consulting advice to sales processes and new client projects are being scoped.
- Ongoing customer success, maintaining regular contact as a trusted RPA systems advisor to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and consulting with them on improvements.
**Our client is looking for the following skills and experience**:
- Experience in a client facing project delivery role for a technology provider or consultancy firm, implementing systems for finance firms (banks, asset managers, research or rating providers etc).
- Very open on the nature of systems (not looking for any direct AI / machine leading / RPA experience), but experience in any of the following would be particularly interesting; financial reporting, corporate finance, investment research, risk management, business intelligence (Qlik, Oracle, PowerBI, Tableau etc).
- Comfortable working in agile development environments, with a solutions approach and experience of release management and software implementations.
- Must be happy in a varied 'hands-on' project role, it's not just about co-ordinating project resources.
- Strong customer focus and interfacing ability, with excellent client management skills.
