**Job Description: Marketing Executive (For Packaging Company)**

**Location**: Ludhiana
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month
**Experience**: 4-5 Years (mandatory)
**Requirement**: Must have experience in a packaging company

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote packaging products.
- Identify and approach potential clients to expand business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Handle inquiries, provide product information, and offer suitable solutions.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on market trends and competition.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in marketing & sales within the **packaging industry** is a must.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if required.
