For the role of a Housekeeping Field Officer, The key job responsibilities should be:
1. Staff Management:

- Supervise housekeeping staff at multiple client sites to ensure smooth operations.
- Arrange relievers promptly for staff on leave to maintain uninterrupted services.
- Monitor attendance and ensure proper shift management.

2. Client Coordination:

- Serve as the point of contact for client requirements and concerns.
- Address client feedback and ensure high service quality at all times.

3. Recruitment & Training:

- Assist in recruiting housekeeping staff as needed.
- Provide training to new and existing staff on company standards and operational procedures.

4. Inventory Management:

- Ensure availability of cleaning materials and supplies at client sites.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to restock supplies when needed.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports on staff attendance, site inspections, and issue resolutions.

6. Site Inspections:

- Conduct regular visits to client sites to ensure quality control.
- Identify and resolve any operational or staffing challenges proactively.

7. Crisis Management:

- Handle emergencies or urgent requirements, such as sudden staff absences.
- Ensure quick deployment of relievers or on-call staff to prevent service disruptions.

8. Performance Monitoring:

- Evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Recognize and address performance issues in a timely manner.

This job requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work under pressure to meet client expectations.

Pay: ₹9,320.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
