Duty Hours : Duty Hours Varies. Have To Independently Manage 12 Hr Guarding Shifts & Deployment at Client Sites to Fulfil All the Job Related Requirements in the Area at any given point of time 24/7/365.so they always wary day to day

Job Description / Broad Responsibilities: 1) Independently Managing Complete Area/ Zonal Operations 2) Training & Briefing of Security Guards post deployment. 3) Checking & correcting Security Registers at Client sights for observations, corrections & required implementations in consult with the client. 4) Sourcing & Managing Guarding Manpower As May Be Necessitated 5) Deployment Of Guards At Client Sites As Required 6) Verification Of Site Documents & Makes Sure Critical Documents Continued Validity 7) Make Sure That Guarding Team Turnout In Full Uniform As Required & Makes Efforts To Provide Uniform From Stores To The Sites & Inform Back Office Team 8) Manages Any Shortfall Of Manpower In The Area/ Zone/ Sites & Sources Right Manpower To Make Sure The Shift Deployment Is Complete As Required By Client 9) Tracking Shift Wise Guarding Manpower Duty Attendance 10) Verifying Site Wise Attendance As Per Company Schedule For Monthly Invoicing 11) Coordination & Interaction With Clients 12) Daily Visit & Feedback Of Allotted Area/ Zone/ Sites 13) Documenting Team Performance 14) Impart Basic Training & Track The Requirement For Further Training 15) Site Crisis Handling & Preparing Team For Emergency Situations 16) Managing Leave Roasters Of Security Guards/ Officers/Supervisor’s 17) Any Other Duty As Assigned by Client / Operations Manager/ T & b Manager /Management Team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
