**Desired profile: BAMS/MD Ayurveda Doctor**:

- BAMS and/or higher from reputed institute/university.
- Minimum experience: Fresher/Experienced
- Strong clinical experience.
- Resolving Patient queries.
- Strong communication, convincing and counselling skills
- Decision
- making, competently handling patient queries, and proactively addressing challenges.
- Willingness to work in a team, as a team.
- Must be open to occasional changes in location within India.
- Willingness to continually learn and grow.

**Role responsibilities**
- Examining and talking to patients to diagnose their medical condition Management of medical/health problems presented by patients.
- Patient/client consultation: Check Bp, Pulse, Weight.
- History taking, diagnosis, investigation recommendations.
- Maintaining data and record sheet of patient on our Pre-Build Application.
- Advising patient/client how to take appropriate Medicines.
- Maintaining Medicine stock.
- Patient health monitoring: Regular follow
- up with patient/client to review progress and health.
- Review impact of plan on weight and overall health of client. Make appropriate modifications in plan accordingly.
- Documenting and keeping record of treatment. Apprising other team members of the same.
- Counselling the client as a mentor continuously educate on how to improve health.
- Consulting senior technical team member for clarifications and changes in plans Participate in ongoing trainings to upgrade knowledge base and skills.
