- Familiarity with computer programs, including CRM software, coupled with research and record-keeping abilities.
- Successful track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone.
- Strong lead/call conversion skills.
- Adaptability in communication styles.
- Outstanding negotiation skills for issue resolution and complaint handling.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
