**Designation**: Executive Assistant (Female Only)

**Summary**:
The incumbent is responsible for all the secretarial activities such as Preparing reports, presentations, as well as file management, record keeping and correspondence for meetings. **Should have a background in either fashion or têxtiles, as this role will require an understanding of the industry.**
- Attending meetings and taking minutes. Follow up with HODs and circulate minutes.
- Coordinates the schedule, ensures that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties are carried out seamlessly.
- All travel arrangements including booking of hotels, flights, visa; etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintains files, records, and correspondence for meetings
- Prepare monthly expense reports and ensure accuracy of the allocation of client-related expenses.
- Involved in preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution. This may include writing letters and memos, compiling data for reports, creating computerized presentations, writing reports.
- Fields phone calls, takes requests for meetings and coordinates various aspects of interdepartmental communication as necessary.
- Single point of contact for coordination of all administrative activities associated. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Periodic check of the cleanliness, sanitation of the Directors cabin. Look after and provide the stationery items timely at the time need and in general.

**Eligibility**:

- Good in presentation/communication skills.
- Should have a background in either fashion or têxtiles, as this role will require an understanding of the industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff, internal partners and external vendors.
- Ability to work with broad range of people
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Executive Assistant: 5 years (required)
