Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Staff at Shree Balaji Textile, located in Kolkata. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store. Additional tasks include processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Staff will also assist in visual merchandising and staying updated on the latest fashion trends and store promotions.

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Inventory management skills
  • Cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) system experience
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus
