Key Responsibilities
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, receive and track inventory, organize displays, and reorder items as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers, answer product inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and sales.
- **Operations**: Oversee day-to-day store operations, which may include opening and closing the store, managing cash registers, and ensuring the store is clean and safe.
- **Staff Supervision**: Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and adhere to store policies and procedures.
- **Sales and Merchandising**: Implement merchandising strategies to arrange products attractively, monitor sales, and prepare sales reports to help the store achieve its financial goals.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with suppliers for stock replenishment and ensure smooth operations within the store's supply chain.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
