**Position**:
**Videographer & Editor Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Storyboarding & Planning**:
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to build compelling narratives for videos.

○ Develop storyboards and concepts tailored to target audiences.

**2. Videography**:
○ Visit clinics or other locations to shoot video content as per project requirements.

○ Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices effectively.

○ Ensure proper framing, composition, and overall visual quality during shoots.

**3. Editing**:
○ Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

○ Add transitions, text, animations, graphics, and background music to enhance the final product.

○ Ensure the videos align with the company’s brand guidelines.

**4. Post-Production**:
○ Handle color grading, audio balancing, and sound effects to refine video quality.

○ Deliver videos optimized for various platforms (social media, website, presentations, etc.).

**5. Collaboration**:
○ Coordinate with clinic staff and clients to schedule shoots.

○ Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging and style.

**Requirements**:
**-Technical Skills**:
○ Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).

○ Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting setups.

○ Knowledge of audio recording and editing tools.

**-Experience**:
○ Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing.

○ Experience in shooting testimonials, corporate videos, or healthcare-related content is a plus.

**-Other Skills**:
○ Strong storytelling abilities.

○ Excellent time management and organizational skills.

○ Willingness to travel to clinics or client locations as required.

○ Creative mindset and attention to detail.

**Additional Information**
- Travel: Frequent travel to clinics and locations within the city or nearby areas.
- Work Environment: Hybrid - Office-based for editing and planning, on-site for shoots.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
