**Team Leader - Freight Brokerage (Sales)**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in U.S. freight brokerage or logistics sales.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales reps to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide training, strategy, and real-time coaching to sharpen your team’s sales edge.
- Must be a natural leader with strong communication and negotiation skills.

**Sales Executive - OTR & Drayage Division**
- Minimum 1 year experience in U.S. freight market (OTR / Drayage).
- Strong understanding of lanes, pricing, and client management.
- A sharp communicator, confident negotiator, and consistent closer.
- Someone who thrives on targets, competition, and wins — every single day.

**Telecaller / Backend Operations**
- Prospect, pitch, and support the sales team in closing new business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal communication and coordination skills are a must.
- Perfect role for someone who’s energetic, organized, and quick on their feet.

**Human Resources (HR Executive)**
- Graduate with HR background or relevant experience.
- Someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but knows how to hire, build, and empower teams.
- Skilled in recruitment, onboarding, and fostering a winning work culture.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
