This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, along with a passion for the food industry and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of.

**Responsibilities**:
**New Business Development**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various methods including cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Schedule and conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

**Account Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the relevant internal teams (e.g., product, operations).
- Track key account metrics and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

**Sales Operations and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports on progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Stay informed about new product features, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with other internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region market is preferred.
