**Position**: Billing Executive - Logistics Industry
**Experience**: Minimum 1 Year in Billing/Accounts
**Qualification**: Graduate
**Location**: Kolkata(AJC Bose road)
**Salary**: 10k to 16k

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for logistics services in line with service agreements and company guidelines.
- Verify billing details by cross-referencing documentation such as delivery records, shipment schedules, and client contracts.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure all billable services are accounted for and documented properly.
- Track accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide timely responses to client billing inquiries.
- Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions for financial reporting and auditing purposes.
- Generate regular billing reports and assist the finance team in compliance with financial policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts (experience in logistics is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP or billing software.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for client and team interactions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience using logistics billing software such as Tally or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance related to billing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
