should be highly sound in industrial automation turnkey project sales and marketing
- Will be responsible for sales and business development of industrial automation turnkey projects in gas, pharma, automobile and various sector
- Should have good techno commercial experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS based industrial projects
- Will be responsible for understanding the client's requirement, detail quotation working along with documents for the same, order finalization and payment
- Preparation of complete project planning, documents schedule considering erection sequence, scope of supply & delivery dates
- Front-end Engineering Design: Review of P&ID, preparation of Instrument Index, Technical specifications & Datasheets for Process instrumentation like control valves, temperature sensors, transmitters, pressure instruments, level instruments, flow meters, flow elements, PLC system & Sizing & selections of instruments.
- Procurement Engineering: Preparation of Request for Quotation(RFQ), Technical Bid Analysis (TBA),Technical Query (TQ).
- Detailed Engineering: Preparation of Instrument location layout, cable trench layout, cable schedules, hook-up drawings, I.O. List, Vendor Drawings review (VDR). Panel GA Drawing & Internal Wiring drawings.
- Co-ordination with other department, client & vendors.
- Discussion with supplier/vendors to meet project requirements.
- Project review with client.
- Execution of project within budgeted cost as per company procedure,
- Finalization & deputation of site engineers & contractors at site, assistance for commissioning to site engineers.
