**Role as Sales & Marketing Manager**

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Executive Operate as a central point of contact for facilities management, physical security, and administrative services of Ses in Manage Facilities and other staffing resources that keep an eye on all regional sites' daily operations to ensure client satisfaction Effectively take command, supervise, and immediately communicate all potential issues in Security services. Ensure that all partners and workers at Delhi get the necessary contracts and SLAs in place. Ensure routine inspections are carried out efficiently to ensure that all problems in Security services are documented and quickly remedied. Assure the proper management of all physical access controls, including card-key systems, permitted access to restricted areas, cameras, alarms, and other physical security systems, throughout Delhi at all times.

**Requirements**: A bachelor's degree and at least 10+ years of experience in facility management service in a Security services agency Strong oral and written communication skills with all organizational levels as well as with external partners and vendors The competence to create reports and presentations, and to offer recommendations, cost-benefit evaluations, and alternative solutions for a Security services company. Proven negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management of a Facility Management Service

**Responsibilities**
- Building relationships with clients
- Define and execute the marketing strategy and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- New marketing ideas with excellent success rate
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Flexible meetings with internal team and client
- Will be responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets
- Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making

**About you**
- Have a sales & marketing background
- Experience in a similar position
- Ability to work with data and interpret data and prepare meaningful reports to management of the business
- Strong interpersonal skills and Quick Learner
- Ability to understand client's needs and must be strong in client acquisition

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
