Job Description:
Designation: Operation Executive - Ground

Location: Kolkata

Skills required: Merchant Training, Field Training, Customer Service, Client Coordination, Client Support

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Can visit our Restaurant Partners in the field & provide them with training for the inventory management module. (Field Training) After a training session, if there are any doubts or issues, then need to coordinate here again and provide them with an available solution.

All calls are going to be carried forward by TL they need to work on them on TAT time.

Can manage a Maximum of 15-20 Training Queries a day

He must be a quick learner with the ability to understand modules quickly.

He must be having a Laptop and a Vehicle

**Note:

- Knowledge of local language**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
