Hiring a Female Sales Coordinator for Financial

**Applicant must have minimum 3 years of experience as a sales coordinator.**

**Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Regular follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting them for the site Visits.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to the client.
- Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ** Strong Follow ups with Internal & External Stakeholders.**:

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
