Kimplas has a **"Pioneer Manufacturer"** status in India for production of electrofusion fittings as they were the first to produce in house EF fittings in India. Kimplas has supplied millions of fittings since 1997 to city gas distribution companies in India, UK, Egypt, Indonesia and MENA countries. It has successfully introduced electrofusion fittings in drinking water systems and is a leading player in India both in water and gas segments for electrofusion and compression fittings. **Purpose**: The Cost Controller will be responsible for maintenance and improvement of Costing Systems prevailing in the company. The role calls for integration with the entire value chain from costing to inventory accounting **Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned**: - Preparation of costing for products and provide data to Business Development (BD for submission of quotes) - Active interaction with BD for pricing/quotation - Support Tool Room for submitting quotes for molds and components; track the actual result against the quoted costs - Maintenance & update of cost data - Ensure cost roll up activity (last day of the month) - Coordinate physical verification of inventory (both for IFRS and India GAAP closing) - Calculate “Provision for Obsolescence” as per the approved policy - Calculate product wise / customer wise Gross Margin report - Calculation of Machine Hour Rate - Maintenance of routing in ERP - Update of machine Hour Rate - Independently manage Cost Audit - Lead /coordinate development of new reports in ERP as per the evolving business needs - Fixed Asset Accounting **Reporting Responsibilities**: This role reports directly to the Plant Finance Head **Department**: Finance **Location**:Kimplas India Nashik **Supervisory Responsibilities**:This position has no supervisory responsibility at this point of time **Profile**: - A member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India - Having worked in manufacturing industries - Exposure to SAP - Minimum post qualification experience of 5 (Five) years - Excellent interpersonal skills - Good communication skills - User of MS Office - Ability to work with multi-functional teams including Operations, Business Development, Project Management, Engineering, etc. Contact for this position: Toshita Pant NORMA Group Human Resources Edisonstraße 4 63477 Maintal, Germany
