**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging content and graphics in coordination with designers and content writers
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community
- Stay updated on social trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for cohesive marketing efforts

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, ad managers, and analytics tools
- Familiar with Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines
