**Job Summary**
- **Clinical Services**:
**- Medical Officer will have to take round of all patients in their wards/ICU and to take vitals (Temperature, pulse, BP) & Physical examination of Patient.
- To Look after OPD Patients.
- To admit patients under RSBY, Ma-Yojana and JSVY as per guidelines.
- To Coordinate with Government office like MA-Yojana and RSBY as when required for Patient admission and Discharge.
- To inform the general condition of Patient to their Consultants.
- To ensure that all the Medicines have been given to the Patients on time as advised by consultant doctor.
- To ensure that all the Investigation and Report of Patient have been done as advised by consultants.
- To ensure that all the Treatment order are followed by advised by Consultant doctors.
- To ensure that all the Health Staff in their respective, wards are following the standard Protocols for disposal of Bio-medical Wastes.
- To ensure that medical equipment and instruments used in their wards are sterilized.
- To ensure that Diet Sheet of Pt is properly prepared by nursing staff as advised by consultant doctor.
- To take the round of Patient at least two times during their duty hours and to update the consultant doctors regarding general condition of their Patient on regular basis.
- To follow the Hospital polices regarding admission Procedure and discharge of Patient.
- Any Consent regarding any medical, should by taken by doctor only.
- At the time of new admission, to take the complete history of Patient and to do Primary Physical examination and to inform to concerned consultant.
- To prepare the discharge summary at the time of discharge of Pt. and send the duly completed file of discharged Patient to MRD In-charge.
- To follow the Hospital policies regarding OPD, IPD and Emergency Patients. To follow the SOPs of admission and discharge of Patient.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- _**_Co-ordination with Billing and TPA Department:_*
- Medical officer will co-ordinate with Billing and TPA Department regarding deposit of advance payment, package selection for TPA and Cashless Scheme patients, for Approvals of TPA Patients.
- To ensure the patient file is complete in terms of all his clinical finding and investigation reports, before it is submitted to TPA Company.
- Co-ordinate with Billing Department for OT-Clearance for operative procedures.
- To Ensure No OT Should be done without OT-Clearance.
- _**_Co-ordination With Doctors:_*
- Medical officer on Duty will have to inform clinical condition of Patient to Consultant Doctor on Day to Day basis during his duty hours.
- Medical officer on duty will inform clinical status of patient to referring doctor at the time of admission and discharge of patient.

**Qualifications and Skills**
BHMS/BAMS

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 per month
