Junior Vendor Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

2. Regularly follow up with vendors for material supply to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays.

3. Process vendor payments accurately and promptly, ensuring all invoices are correctly accounted for and paid within agreed terms.

4. Manage the vendor billing procedure, ensuring all bills are accurate, validated, and processed in a timely manner.

5. Coordinate with internal teams to address vendor-related issues and provide necessary support.

6. Continuously evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.

7. Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Vendor Relationship Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.

2. Strong knowledge of vendor management and billing procedures.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor relationships.

4. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. High attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments and handling billing procedures.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
