**Finance Controller**

**Grade: SM-4**

**Job Objective**:Overall responsible for Accounts of the Company and head the accounts team and look after daily accounts and financial matters of the Company

**Reports to: Managing Director**

**Location**:MSEPL, Corporate Office

**Roles**:To manage and lead the whole gamut of accounting functions of the Company

**Responsibilities and tasks**:

- Head the team based out of the Corporate Office and plant locations and handle the entire spectrum of day to financial and accounting operations.
- Ability to Forecast, Budget, Plan and efficiently control the numbers. Ability to work on Projections for expansion or diversifications, whenever necessary.
- Setting up of Internal Financial Controls for the company and ensuring the compliance for same.
- Ensure professional representation of the company in front of various banking and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely adherence to the various banking and regulatory compliances, while ensuring to protect the company’s interest always. Maintain effective and proactive communication with the management, keeping them abreast about updates relating to accounts, finance, and banking.
- Proactively use of technology for. **Safeguarding the company’s assets - either physical, digital, or intellectual).**:

- Ensure productive output from the Accounts and Finance team.
- Effective document management.
- Support, train and coach your team members to ensure productive and focused work outcome.
- Maintain accounting controls by establishing and defining accounting policies and procedures.
- Responsible for managing all Export’s related process and ensuring the adherence as per SOP.
- Avoiding legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
- Daily bills cleared / paid to be checked.
- Daily bank reconciliation to be checked.
- Customers and suppliers ledger to be reconciled.
- Tallying statement with customers / suppliers.
- Tallying P & L account prepared with busy.
- Payments to be done online from bank as and when authorized by management.
- To monitor and ensure that all statutory compliances of the company are completed in time.
- Ensure that books of accounts are maintained as per standard practice and up to date completed at any time.
- Auditing of books on monthly basis. It will include all expenses and costing.
- Any task related to finance as and when assigned by management.
- Head Delhi office team and will control operational costs to achieve incremental PAT every month..
- Manage all banks and Financial institutions tasks related to loans and any other matter related to company.
- Incorporate new ideas to improve cash flows and profitability of the company.
- Supervising entire functions of Income Tax returns, monthly payments of TDS, ensuring timely filling of TDS returns & Form 16, issuing the TDS certificates,
- Ensuring Timely Payments of all statutory deliverables PF, ESIC, Adv tax.
- Personal Accounts to be updated on Monthly basis in first week of every month.
- Supreme Enterprises and Arihant Polyvinyl P Ltd accounting to be handled.
- To prepare and submit all reports as mentioned below.
- Physical Stock Audit Report (raw material + FG) - REQUIRED ON EVERY WEDNESDAY By visiting both manufacturing units from Delhi HO.

**Authorities**:

- Take necessary steps for smooth functioning of Accounts Department
- Implement new processes to meet Statutory Compliances

**Accountabilities**:

- Resolve issues in Accounting Department for smooth functioning
- Co-ordinate with Banks, Statutory Auditors for their queries
- Co-ordinate within Departments for smooth running of financial transactions.
- Cash flow of company should improve.
- Manage complete timely payment of Business Partners.
- Monthly, Weekly and daily forecast of collection and payment to business partners.
- Cost Control
- Stock Audit & Verification
- P & L account to be prepared and profitability to improve.

**List of reports required to be audited on weekly basis with report.**
- Weekly P&L A/C with conversion sheet of product division-wise (PE, PET, PVC SHRINK, PVC SOFT and PVC LAMINATION)
- Monthly P&L A/C with conversion sheet.

a) PRODUCT DIVISION-WISEb) CUSTOMER-WISEc) MANUFACTURING UNIT-WISE
- Projected Cash Flows for the upcoming week as per set format (Expected inflows from 5 different product departments, inflows from any other sources, outflows to business partners, outflows for any other requirements)
- Every Monday
- Comparison between projected vs actual cash flows for the past week.
- Summary of weekly P&L A/C identifying the most profitable product lines vs least profitable product lines within MSEPL, most profitable customers vs least profitable customers. Recommendations to be included about MSEPL’S further course of investments and where it should focus to improve profitability.
