Role Overview:

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience to join us as a Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, and timely preparation of financial reports and MIS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team to ensure accurate and timely accounting.
  • Oversee all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial statements.
  • Manage cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization.
  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audits and compliance with internal controls.
  • Review and strengthen financial processes, accounting systems, and controls.
  • Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS) and company policies.
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or financial control roles
  • Proven experience in managing a team and leading financial operations
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Excel
