Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Implement and manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management.

Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content tailored to different social media channels.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, new features, and best practices in social media marketing.

Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns.

Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.

Generate creative ideas for social media content, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and growth.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
