Job Opening at Nexgen Energia Ltd: Retention Marketing Executive/Senior Executive Nexgen Energia Ltd is an EPC company specializing in the manufacturing of Bio-CNG plants.

Location: Nexgen Energia Ltd, Noida (Work From Office)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:

- Plan, design, and execute targeted lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage and retain clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar and manage content creation.

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Track and analyze campaign performance, including A/B testing outcomes.
- Generate detailed retention and engagement reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) with actionable insights.
- Identify improvement areas to enhance the user experience and drive customer retention.

3. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Product, Content, Design, and Data Analytics teams to align strategies and goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement feedback and ensure cohesive communication strategies.

4. Market and Competitor Analysis:

- Stay informed about competitors and emerging trends in retention marketing to refine strategies and maintain competitiveness.

5. Customer Relationship Enhancement:

- Leverage customer insights to build loyalty campaigns tailored to client needs in the Bio-CNG plant manufacturing sector.

Qualifications and Skills:
**Education**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate from a reputed institution.

**Experience**:

- 1-4 years of professional experience in retention marketing, preferably in the EPC, manufacturing, or renewable energy sectors.

Analytical Skills:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau to convert data insights into actionable strategies.

Additional Preferences:

- Experience in industries like renewable energy, manufacturing, or B2B/B2C services.

Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and retention-focused marketing strategies.
