**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator**

**Location**: IDC Kalunag, Rourkela, Odisha.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, etc.) according to specifications.
- Load raw materials and parts into machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
- Maintain detailed records of production and maintenance activities.
- Ensure work area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Communicate with supervisors and engineers about product improvements or defects.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Familiarity with G-code and CNC machine interfaces.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with multi-axis CNC machines.
- Background in metalworking machining.
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols.
- Diploma in ITI (Mechanical)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
