Process Executive

**Business Title: Process Executive - PTP**
**Reports to (position): AM / Manager**
**Global Function: PTP Global Department: Finance**

**Role Purpose Statement (Write a brief statement regarding the objective of the position and why it exists)**:
Individual is responsible for invoice accounting of Domestic Execution divisions and month end reporting which has been agreed with local teams. Intercompany invoices generation each month between the Western European entities related to execution.

Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:

- Accounting of invoices through 3 way match for PO / GL & CC assignment for Non-po
- Review of Unposted Invoice and take appropriate action to ensure recording of Invoices
- Follow-up with local teams for invoices in query and complete posting upon resolution.
- Periodical Reporting as per predefined timeline - Invoice Pendency Ageing, Exception Categories to get the old items cleared
- SLA Adherence for invoice inflows to ensure timely payments to suppliers
- SOX & Statutory compliances for 3-way match invoices and non-po, awareness of country specific tax implications and compliance
- Month End Activity i.e. accrual reviews, GR/IR Reconciliations

Ensure timely invoice postings in daily basis to enable timely payments to suppliers

First Pass Yield Invoice Booking
Accuracy of Invoice posting
Invoice processing TAT

- Accuracy of invoice processing
- Tax compliances as per local regulations
- Review and resolution of old pending items

This require skill of cross functional change management. In-depth knowledge of Invoice processing activity and some fundamental knowledge of RPA.

Bachelors in Commerce with 4-6 years of experience in Accounts payable domain - Preferably Invoice Processing for various geographies.
