**Role Overview**

In this multi-faceted role, you’ll create high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand’s vision. From planning and capturing stunning photographs and videos to editing them into impactful pieces, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Photography**:

- Capture high-quality images for marketing campaigns, events, and product showcases.
- Plan and execute photo shoots, including lighting, composition, and styling.
- Edit and retouch photos to meet brand standards and project requirements.

**Videography**:

- Plan, shoot, and produce engaging video content for social media, websites, and promotional use.
- Set up and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling visual narratives.

**Editing**:

- Edit photos and videos using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Enhance video projects with graphics, special effects, and music.
- Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.

**Creative Collaboration**:

- Partner with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with business goals.
- Contribute innovative ideas for visual storytelling during brainstorming sessions.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and color theory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A degree or certification in Photography, Film, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
