Photographer & Videographer (Content Creator)

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Content Creator specializing in both photography and videography to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience across various digital platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, artistic vision, and storytelling prowess.

**Responsibilities**:
Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and plan photo and video shoots that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions.

Videography: Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content ranging from short-form social media clips to longer-form brand stories and promotional videos.

Equipment Management: Maintain and operate photography and videography equipment including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio recording devices. Ensure equipment is properly cared for and in good working condition.

Post-Production: Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software to enhance visual appeal, storytelling, and overall quality. Add graphics, text overlays, and other elements as needed.

Content Optimization: Optimize visual content for digital distribution by resizing, formatting, and compressing files as necessary. Ensure content meets platform-specific guidelines and best practices for maximum reach and engagement.

Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to models, talent, and other team members involved in photo and video shoots. Ensure everyone understands the vision and objectives for each project.

Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about current trends and best practices in digital content creation, photography, videography, and visual storytelling. Incorporate innovative techniques and ideas into our content strategy when appropriate.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to align content creation efforts with broader business goals and objectives.

Qualification:
Proven experience as a digital content creator, photographer, and videographer.

Proficiency with professional photography and videography equipment and software (e.g., DSLR cameras, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and other principles of visual storytelling.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling content.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in photography, videography, digital media, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
