Structural Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop structural drawings, plans and 3D models based on the specifications and inputs provided by structural engineers and architects.
- Design structural components such as columns, beams, slabs, footings and frames for RCC and steel structures.
- Use design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD Pro, etc.) to prepare detailed layouts and design documentation.
- Modify designs based on feedback from engineers or clients and ensure accuracy in every revision.
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Maintain design documentation, drawing registers and revision logs.
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs and construction details when required.
- Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, safety standards and structural requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Design.
- 2-5 years of experience in structural design and drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, Revit).
- Sound understanding of RCC and steel structures.
- Familiarity with Indian Standards (IS codes) and relevant structural design norms.
- Strong attention to detail, drafting accuracy and layout clarity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in high-rise, commercial or industrial structure design.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Basic knowledge of site execution practices is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
