We are a growing graphic design shop offering creative solutions including print design branding flex boards signages interior exterior graphics and more We re now hiring a dedicated and professional individual who can manage all core responsibilities of the shop Who We re Looking For A well-experienced professional all-rounder who can Manage customer walk-ins and online inquiries Understand client requirements and provide design solutions Take accurate measurements and do site visits as needed Coordinate with design printing teams and ensure timely delivery Handle orders approvals and basic shop organization Be confident responsible and committed to high-quality service Key Responsibilities Attending customers and understanding their design print needs Collecting and confirming measurements for boards signages etc Site visits for installation coordination and visual references Following up on orders designs and delivery timelines Supporting the designer or managing client revisions Ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Strong communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of design printing materials and measurements Must be flexible with site visits and multitasking Professional attitude with commitment to quality work Salary Benefits Commission-based salary structure Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Professional and respectful work environment Long-term opportunity for committed candidates Above salary mentioned it s mandatory filling option salary commissions we can discuss on interview Location Kasaragod Badiadka Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
