**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's databases. The DBA will be responsible for ensuring the performance, integrity, and security of databases, as well as planning and developing the database architecture and troubleshooting issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø Install, configure, and maintain database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Ø Monitor database performance and implement changes to improve efficiency.

Ø Ensure data integrity, security, and availability.

Ø Perform regular backups and recovery operations.

Ø Manage user access and permissions.

Ø Develop and maintain documentation related to database configurations, procedures, and standards.

Ø Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.

Ø Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans.

Ø Stay updated with emerging database technologies and best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Ø Proven experience as a DBA or in a similar role.

Ø Strong knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.

Ø Experience with database management tools and utilities.

Ø Proficiency in SQL and database scripting.

Ø Familiarity with data backup, recovery, security, and integrity.

Ø Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ø Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
