**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate daily student transportation services, ensuring safety, punctuality, and smooth operations.
- Handle student and parent queries related to transport, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with transport vendors and drivers to ensure efficient routes, schedules, and service quality.
- Track and maintain records of transport usage, vendor performance, and student feedback.
- Support broader logistics requirements for campus operations, events, and academic activities.
- Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for transport-related escalations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in logistics/operations is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in transport/logistics management, preferably in education institutions, startups, or logistics firms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
