Handicraft Furniture Manufacturing Specialist

**Day to Day**

As a Handicraft Furniture Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production process of our handmade furniture. You will work closely with artisans and craftsmen to ensure that each piece meets our standards of excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating production schedules, monitoring quality control measures, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

Collaborate with artisans and craftsmen to develop and execute production plans for handmade furniture
Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and specifications
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with suppliers to procure raw materials and components necessary for production
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to maintain quality assurance
Provide guidance and training to production staff on handicraft techniques and best practices

**Skills/Competencies**

Passion for craftsmanship and a deep appreciation for traditional handicraft techniques
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in furniture manufacturing or related field is preferred

**Salary Range Transparency**

Salary for this position ranges from Rs 1,80,000 - 2,00,000 per year.
