_**Responsibilities**_
- Understand design briefs to fulfil client’s requirements.
- Conceptualise visuals based on the requirements.
- Prepare a rough draft to showcase alternative ideas.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Understanding of colours and appropriate use in layouts for each graphic.
- Test all graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback/input from senior or client.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing as per requirement.
- Ensure all designs are mobile-optimized and comply with web accessibility standards.
- Ensure consistency in design across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
- Collaborating with clients and cross functional team.
- **Qualification and skills**_
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or relevant role for 1-3 years after qualification.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics that demonstrates design ability.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Affinity Designer, Inkscape, Pixlr, Figma, Sketch etc.)..
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS; experience with web development is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and finer details.
- Time management and multitasking ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in designing.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or any local language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
