**Location**: Worli, Mumbai

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Site Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of heritage sites to understand their historical significance, architectural condition, and preservation needs.

2. Design Development: Collaborate with stakeholders, historians, and conservation experts to develop design proposals that integrate modern functionality while respecting and preserving the site's heritage value.

3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international heritage preservation regulations, obtaining necessary approvals and permits.

4. Project Management: Oversee the execution of architectural plans, coordinating with contractors, artisans, and other professionals involved in the restoration process.

5. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of heritage sites, including historical records, architectural drawings, and conservation plans.

6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality and heritage preservation standards.

7. Community Engagement: Foster community involvement and awareness about heritage preservation, collaborating with local communities to ensure their input is considered in the restoration process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in heritage conservation projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful restoration work.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, historical preservation, and conservation techniques.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for architectural design and documentation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with heritage preservation regulations and best practices. Passion for cultural heritage preservation and a commitment to RPG Foundation's mission.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
