**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain the products and services offered by Praveen Property Developers.
- Handle inbound inquiries, resolving customer queries, and providing information about ongoing projects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into potential sales.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools is preferred.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
