**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **on-site visits** to engage with potential clients and showcase real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through **field activities**, local networking, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects, such as our beachfront properties.
- Coordinate with the sales team to organize **site visits** and follow up with clients post-visit.
- Update CRM with accurate details of client interactions and lead status.
- Prepare reports on field activities, lead progress, and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 years of experience** in field sales or client engagement in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work independently in the field.
- Fluent in **English, Hindi, and local language** (as applicable).
