**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain call records, follow up with leads, and update CRM or call logs regularly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships for long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management and follow-ups.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during all interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of telecalling or telesales experience**.
- Excellent **communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati** (English will be an added advantage).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment**.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
