Job description

JMaking inbound /outbound calls.

Follow up with incoming leads.

Coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion.

Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.

Fixing appointments for the sales team.

Requirements:
Process Window 10 AM to 7 PM. ( 9 Hours Shift, with one rotational work off).

Need to have excellent communication skills.

Languages Preferred - Perfect in any 1 or 2 languages Such as English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada.

Experienced preferred else freshers can also be considered.

**Salary**: Rs.15000-20000 per month based on Experience and Track record.

Probation: 1 month.

Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement

Schedule: Day shift.

Incentives: Upto 1 lakh rupees.

Work Location: Ameerpet.
