**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Providing leadership in the development and ongoing evaluation of short and long term strategic Financial objectives
- Take the lead in developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive cost system with effective cash management
- Engage with bankers to secure financial closure and project financing
- Evaluate and provide strategic advice on the impact of long-term planning, the introduction of new programs & strategies along with regulatory actions
