The Corrugation Printing Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining corrugation and flexographic printing machines used in the production of corrugated boxes. The role involves ensuring high-quality printing output, machine efficiency, mínimal waste, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Machine Operation & Setup**
- Operate and monitor **flexographic / offset / rotary / printer slotter / die cutter** machines used in corrugated box manufacturing.
- Set up printing plates, ink, rollers, and feed systems as per job requirements.
- Ensure correct substrate (paper/board) is loaded and aligned properly.
- Adjust color registration, ink viscosity, and pressure for optimal print quality.

**2. Production & Quality Control**
- Follow production orders, design layouts, and specifications accurately.
- Maintain consistent print quality as per approved samples or customer standards.
- Conduct regular visual and physical inspections of printed sheets for defects (color variation, smudges, misalignment, etc.).
- Record production data such as machine speed, downtime, waste, and output.

**3. Maintenance & Housekeeping**
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
- Report mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance department.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of inks, plates, and raw materials.

**4. Coordination & Safety**
- Coordinate with the **production planning**, **design**, and **quality control** teams.
- Follow all **safety procedures**, use PPE, and ensure a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement and training programs.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Education**:

- ITI / Diploma in Printing Technology, Mechanical, or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience as a Printing Operator in a **corrugated box or packaging industry**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of **Flexo Printing Machines** (2-color, 4-color, or 6-color) or **Printer Slotter Machines**.
- Familiarity with **corrugated sheet manufacturing** processes and materials.
- Understanding of **ink mixing**, **color matching**, and **printing plate mounting**.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and quality orientation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
