**What you’ll be doing**
- Plan and manage their own research and administrative activities in an efficient and

timely fashion.
- Collect research data; this may be through a variety of research methods, such as

archival work, literature reviews, and research interviews.
- Analyse research data as directed.
- Reporting and coordination every step of research, and documenting.
- Give feedback to the project team on progress, to make recommendations for next

steps. Present research outputs (in writing and orally), ensuring full and accurate

references are included.
- Develop a virtual exhibition based on the collected data and findings.
- Overcome problems that may affect the achievement of research objectives and

deadlines.
- Collation of Research data and information for project Report
- Be responsible for conducting the day to day running of the project including

scheduling and organising meetings and keeping records, ensuring milestones are met

and deadlines are adhered to.
- Always maintain confidentiality and ensure that data and Intellectual Property (IPR)

policies and agreements are not violated.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Must Have**:

- Experience and aptitude in conducting archival research.
- Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively.
- Ability to access and organise resources successfully.
- Excellent IT skills, notably in terms of databases, and skilled use of IT to improve efficiency and services related to archival collections.
- A flexible, supportive and collaborative team-working style combined with professionalism, respect for others, tact, discretion and fair judgement.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
- Strong digital and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritise and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop, establish and utilise internal and external relationships with individuals and institutions.
- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast
- paced environment.
- Proven skill in managing workflow to deadlines.

**Good to Have**:

- Fluent in English and kannada.
- Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight time frames.
- Experience of a wide range of record and management work in a museum, library or archive, particularly working with artistic materials.
- Experience of the principles and practice of museum documentation;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
